Dried cranberries are a wonderful fruit that can be used as a snack or a topping. Along with their versatility, they possess many health benefits providing lots of antioxidants while remaining low in calories. The berries are high in fibre, fat-free, and extremely easy to use. They also help add flavour to everyday recipes! For example, these dried cranberries can be used as a simple snack between meals, tossed into salads, and baked into bread, muffins, and cookies. Adding a natural sweetness to a meal, cranberries are one of my favourite ingredients to have in the kitchen!
