Waking up to rush out the door with a bite of last night’s leftovers and now have t-minus 5 hours until lunch? Trust us, we have been there. If this sounds familiar, we have the solution! Mix up our super easy overnight oats recipe! Simply prepare and pop in the fridge overnight for a tasteful, nutritious breakfast for your busy mornings. We’ve done some taste testing and can confidently say, these are some of the best options for overnight oats.

No Sugar But You So Sweet Granola – topped with strawberries, blueberries and pecans

Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Granola – topped with flax seed and hemp seed

Tahitian Vanilla Coconut Granola – topped with chocolate chips and coconut

Pour 1/2 cup of your favourite milk or water in 1 cup of oats. Stir in 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Let sit for at least one hour or overnight! Overnight oats can stay in your fridge for up to 3 days. If you are using water, top with cream and syrup.
